鍍銥棕剛玉磨料Ceramic coated Brown Fused Alumina
鍍銥棕剛玉分為中溫煅燒棕剛玉鍍銥和高溫煅燒棕剛玉鍍銥。他們都是以棕剛玉傾倒爐砂為原材料進行加工的。煅燒工藝可以減少棕剛玉磨料的雜質(zhì)含量和粉塵，也可以將破碎過程中棕剛玉砂產(chǎn)生的裂縫進行高溫整形。鍍銥工藝可以提高磨料顆粒的韌性、親水性和顆粒表面粗糙度，增加結(jié)合劑對磨料顆粒的把持力，制成砂輪產(chǎn)品后可以提高切割效率和適用時長。
Ceramic coated calcined brown aluminum oxide and Ceramic coated blue fired aluminum oxide are both Ceramic coated Brown fused alumina abrasive grains. They are processed from tilting furnace brown aluminum oxide as raw material. The calcination process can reduce the impurity content and dust of brown aluminum oxide. It can also perform high-temperature shaping on the cracks generated during the crushing process of BFA. The ceramic coating process can improve the toughness, hydrophilicity, and surface roughness of abrasive particles, increase the holding force of binders on abrasive particles. As a result, it improves cutting efficiency and applicability time after making grinding wheel products.
